A new Executive Board has been appointed at Marel Food Systems following the company’s recent acquisition of Stork Food Systems in Holland. The members of the Executive Board are: Hörður Arnarson, President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Theo Hoen, Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Deputy CEO), Erik Kaman, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), and Lárus Ásgeirsson, Director of Sales and Marketing.

Following the merger of the two companies, Marel Food Systems’ management team has been strengthened with the addition of several experienced executives from Stork.  In addition to Erik Kaman, who is the former group controller of Stork Aerospace, specialists in the fields of finance, taxes, procurement and information technology will be assuming new functions at Marel Food Systems in the weeks to come.
